- Messages that have been sent and delivered to another user’s mailbox are considered successfully used credits and cannot be refunded.
- Bonus credits added to your account are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
- Duplicate or accidental messages cannot be refunded once delivered.
- Refunds may be granted in credits added to your account at the administration’s discretion.
3. Returns of Physical Items
If you have purchased a physical product (e.g., promotional material or merchandise), all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
