• Refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with your communication results or with another user’s response.
• Messages that have been sent and delivered to another user’s mailbox are considered successfully used credits and cannot be refunded.
• Bonus credits added to your account are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
• Duplicate or accidental messages cannot be refunded once delivered.
• Refunds may be granted in credits added to your account at the administration’s discretion.

3. Returns of Physical Items

If you have purchased a physical product (e.g., promotional material or merchandise), all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
